The most genuine, lovely, caring human I have ever EVER met.
I've been struggling to find somewhere to live for a while now. I'm a disabled single mum, and unfortunately, to other estate agents in Ripon, that was an instant no for any properties suitable for me.
Tom has been absolutely incredible since he first got in contact with me to tell me about a house he had available. He has been nothing but understanding of my circumstances and just in short, he's been utterly incredible.
I'm moving into my new house next week and there is no way I'd have been able to do this without Tom.

Tom is an excellent letting agent. He has arranged 4 tenancies for our 2 rental properties over the last few years. Excellent communication, reliable and handles everything for us when we are seeking new tenants. He is also great at providing advice when required and ensures that the interests of both tenant and landlord are looked after. He has sourced excellent tenants for us which is particularly important as our tenants are also our neighbours. I would recommend him to anyone in our area looking for a great letting agent. I was very impressed with TLC. From first meeting Tom, I found him to be very friendly and helpful and seemed very knowledgeable about the local housing market. Tom’s photographic abilities were excellent and I was really pleased with the standard of the photos used, they certainly enhanced the property. All house viewings were carried out very efficiently. Even though the sale of my house was straight forward, Tom always acted with professionalism and was very patient with my many telephone queries. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending TLC to anyone who is considering selling their house.”

Tom was very professional and the attention to detail is incredible. He provided a very clear guidance with all the potential tenants for property that was available for letting. From the beginning to the end I was kept informed and given advice and guidance as to the most suitable tenants. A very extensive set of photographs, of the standard of decoration, was undertaken as a record. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to let their property to contact Tom as soon as possible because you will be very pleasantly surprised. I will use Tom again for letting property and if I was wanting to sell he would be the first person I would contact.”

From start to finish of the process of selling our house Tom was friendly, helpful, professional and proactive. A real, genuine gentleman. Viewings were arranged and carried out efficiently, and we were kept fully informed of developments and options. When our initial buyer pulled out Tom didn't just phone to tell us the bad news, but had already been in contact with a couple who had previously been interested. They visited again the following day, put in an offer and we have now completed the sale. If you're looking to sell your home we would strongly recommend using TLC.”

I was very impressed with the quality of the pictures and a lot of though was given to their layout on the various property platforms, so the first picture was the front door, followed by the down stairs and moving through the house but importantly finishing by duplicating some of the key shots. Once a sale was agreed TLC were onto all the parties, asking what needed to be done to keep the transaction moving. I was pleased and impressed by the service. ”
