Meet Tom Lawrence
Hello, I'm Tom, your very own guide to Harrogate, Ripon and Pateley Bridge real estate. Born in Edinburgh in 1957 and proudly calling Yorkshire home since 1983, I'm here to ensure a stress-free and seamless property transaction, whether you’re buying or selling; renting or letting.
My passion for property stems from my personal experiences - I've been there, navigating a move with lacklustre agents. I vowed to do better, dedicating myself to making your property transactions as personable and trust-based as possible. I handle all viewings personally, even on evenings and weekends.
Married to Sandra, a Riponian born and bred, and with two grown-up sons, I understand the value of a smooth and comfortable move. Outside of real estate, I unwind reading fiction, walking my three English setters and watching a good game of Rugby Union.
